Founder & Director

Subrata brings 30+ years of rich work experience in Information Technology and has worked with large global companies like Godrej Consumer Products Ltd., Sara Lee Corporation and Hindustan Unilever. He held the Global CIO & Executive Vice President role in Godrej for 15+ years and led several IT led business transformation projects covering businesses in India, Southeast Asia, Africa, US, UK & Latin America.
At Godrej, he setup the IT CoE to manage and drive various technology implementation and digital transformation initiatives for 15+ countries. During his tenure in Godrej, he was awarded the best leader award for his leadership capabilities, and he has also received several awards & recognitions in the industry. Subrata was an SAP INDUS Board member for 5+ years and he was also a speaker and a jury member in various IT forums & committees.
